Gigi is a tenacious and highly-skilled trial attorney with years of experience litigating complex disputes before state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout New England. She handles a wide range of business and commercial litigations including contract and real estate disputes, business torts, and claims for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty involving owners or directors of closely-held corporations. Gigi also has significant experience litigating, though trial and appeal, cases involving ERISA and life, health and disability insurance claims.

Gigi brings a high level of focus and attention to her family law cases, providing counseling and guidance to clients going through what for many is the most challenging time of their lives.  Given her business-litigation background, Gigi is particularly adept at navigating the financial complexities that arise when a divorcing couple's assets include a business. She has considerable experience in cases involving the contested valuation of business or real estate interests.
